About the Role
We are currently seeking a hands-on and reliable Gardener to join our Whangarei village. In this role, you will support the Property Manager with the daily maintenance of our village gardens and outdoor areas. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in cultivating beautiful landscapes, and appreciate being part of a community-focused environment.
The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Requirements
While experience in gardening or landscaping is preferred, what matters most to us is your genuine passion for creating inviting outdoor spaces and your respectful approach to engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.
We are looking for a team player who can also work independently and manage their time effectively to ensure that daily tasks are completed to a high standard. Being well-organized, efficient, and physically fit will help you succeed in this hands-on role and provide excellent service to our residents.
