About the Role We are looking for two Night Shift Cleaner Managers to work from Monday to Sunday at our various commercial sites in Tauranga. The positions offer a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week, with a competitive wage range of $23.50 per hour, based on your experience. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure our facilities are clean and well-maintained. Your duties will include basic cleaning in and around commercial offices or residences, as well as specialized tasks such as dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning of glass and windows. You will also be responsible for cleaning and polishing floors and rooms, maintaining restrooms by restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures and mirrors, and ensuring that tile floors are swept and mopped. Additionally, you will manage waste disposal by emptying trash and recycling receptacles, keeping them clean and odor-free, and setting up, stocking, and maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies. Routine inspections will be part of your responsibilities, and you will need to notify management of any necessary repairs or interventions. Adhering to all health and safety regulations is essential in this role. Our Requirements We are looking for candidates who can handle heavy equipment and machinery safely. Reliability, integrity, and strong interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this position. You should be comfortable working independently or as part of a team and possess knowledge of various cleaning chemicals and supplies. It is important that you are not allergic to cleaning chemicals.
