We are currently seeking a dedicated Gardener to join our team and contribute to our mission. About the Role In this full-time position, you will be responsible for maintaining gardens, lawns, hedges, and various outdoor areas. Your key responsibilities will include trimming, weeding, pruning, and mowing to ensure our landscapes remain pristine. You will also plant and care for flowers, shrubs, trees, and seasonal plants while identifying and controlling pests, weeds, and plant diseases using safe methods. In addition, you will apply fertilizers and mulch to promote healthy plant growth and operate and maintain gardening tools and machinery. Your role may also involve assisting in landscaping projects, including new garden installations and minor hardscaping tasks. You will be expected to follow health and safety procedures at all times. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have at least one year of experience in gardening, property maintenance, or related handyman work. You must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks. A sound knowledge of plants, garden maintenance, and lawn care is highly desirable, along with good practical skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with gardening tools and equipment is important, and you should be flexible enough to work on weekends. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to work both independently and as part of a team. A valid driver’s license is preferred. We are looking for a reliable, physically fit individual who has a passion for outdoor work. Benefits This position offers a minimum of 30 hours per week, with an hourly rate ranging from $25 to $32, depending on experience.
