About the Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Manager / Duty Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead and motivate our staff to ensure that we consistently deliver excellent service. You will oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and product presentation. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with store standards, health and safety regulations, and food safety protocols. This position also requires a hands-on approach, as you will be involved in various tasks throughout the store, from assisting at the checkout to managing the chillers.
