About the Role We are currently looking for an experienced Cleaning Manager to oversee high-quality cleaning services for one of our contracts in Wellington, including sites in Petone, Porirua, and Lower Hutt. This is a crucial position where you will ensure that we meet our service commitments while promoting operational excellence, client satisfaction, and strong team performance. In your role as Cleaning Manager, you will manage the day-to-day cleaning services across multiple sites, ensuring that outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your ability to foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be essential in maintaining trust and ensuring seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Develop, implement, and maintain rosters and cleaning programs to meet quality standards and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Lead, support, and motivate cleaning teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. - Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements, including health, safety, and employment relations. - Manage budgets, resources, and account margins to deliver cost-effective outcomes. - Apply and uphold ISS policies, procedures, and business management systems. What We’re Looking For - Proven experience in cleaning, facilities, or operations management. - Strong leadership skills with the capability to motivate and manage diverse teams. - Excellent communication and client relationship management skills. - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving results. - Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental, equal employment opportunity, and industrial relations legislation.
