About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Contractor for an immediate start. This is a contract role that initially offers full-time hours for three months, transitioning to part-time support thereafter. The duration of the contract extends through February 2026. In this role, you will engage in typical day-to-day accounts payable tasks while also focusing on understanding our systems and collaborating with management to implement streamlined processes and controls. You will play a key role in embedding best practices and supporting automation initiatives following our recent migration from Ozone to Datascape. In the first three months, you will concentrate on building your understanding of our systems and embedding core processes. After this initial period, you will provide part-time support to assist with automation and ongoing improvements. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: - Proven experience in accounts payable, ideally in environments undergoing system changes or automation projects. - Familiarity with Datascape or similar platforms, with experience in Ozone being a plus. - The ability to work onsite initially, with the potential for remote flexibility as you become acclimated to our systems. - Strong collaboration skills to effectively work with our manager and the broader team.
