About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic Store Manager for a unique opportunity in Rotorua. This role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $70,000 to $82,000, depending on relevant experience, and follows a Monday to Friday roster. As the Store Manager, you will lead a team of over 30 individuals, including a second-in-command and supervisors, in a fun, high-volume retail setting. Your responsibilities will include nurturing and developing a high-performing team, upskilling team members, and driving daily performance. You will also manage all financial operations, including KPIs and sales reports, while maintaining a people-focused culture that promotes engagement and stability within the team. Requirements We are looking for a highly people-focused individual who excels in leadership and is confident in driving performance. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, with experience in mentoring and guiding others. You should have a background as a Store Manager in either fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), large format, or high-volume retail environments. Competence in administration tasks such as ordering and sales reporting is essential.
