About the Role We are currently seeking a Diesel Automotive Technician to join our team. In this full-time position, based in our Seaview, Wellington location, you will be essential in maintaining and repairing the diesel-powered vehicles that are vital to our operations. Your expertise will help keep our fleet running at peak performance. What You'll Be Doing In this role, you will: - Diagnose and repair diesel engine faults and malfunctions. - Carry out scheduled servicing and maintenance on diesel trucks and heavy equipment. - Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. - Exhibit a thorough understanding of diesel engine technology and its components. - Provide exceptional customer service and maintain effective communication with clients. - Keep detailed records of all completed work. - Contribute to a safe and efficient workshop environment.
